• After submitting the Order Form, you will receive payment instructions by email.

• Payments are currently accepted via Bank Transfer (Mauritius) or Juice (where applicable).

• Please complete payment within 48 hours of receiving the instructions to confirm your order.

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery of Digital Files:

• All products are digital spreadsheet templates.

• No physical items are shipped.

• Once payment has been confirmed, your purchased files will be delivered via email as a secure download link.

• Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
